Courtney M. Kelly is an experienced technology implementer with a passion for social impact. For more than a decade at Accenture, Courtney focused on the design and implementation of value-creating applications for her clients, specializing in digital solutions and internet optimization. She also served as a product manager at a boutique consulting firm focused on web optimization, where she designed and deployed tools for revenue maximization for major public-facing sites and app extensions of those brands.
Seeking greater meaning from her work she ‘ran away from home’ in 2013 for a one-year sabbatical, volunteering at a youth village in Rwanda where she taught career development skills and led the university application process. Upon her return, she joined a crowdfunding international development site in DC to facilitate strategic growth.
Courtney joined the Global Services team at Dimagi in 2015 to lead a team of 15 field managers to deliver impact with repeatable, quality processes on projects around the world. Courtney currently supervises mHealth projects in the US, Haiti, Nepal, Honduras, Guatemala, Peru and 17 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Courtney graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Government. Don’t get her started talking about the NBA or her students in Rwanda unless you’ve got some time to kill.
