About Dimagi’s products

What is CommCare?

CommCare is purpose-built for frontline programs operating in the world’s toughest environments, from rural health posts to humanitarian response efforts. Trusted by hundreds of leading organizations and governments worldwide, CommCare empowers program teams to build field-ready mobile or web apps (no coding required) for client tracking, service delivery, and data collection, even offline. Whether you’re registering pregnant women in remote villages, tracking seed distribution for local farmers, or monitoring vaccine campaign coverage across entire regions, CommCare adapts to your on-the-ground reality with tools your team can launch and manage directly. It also gives monitoring and evaluation teams real-time visibility into progress, performance, and outcomes.

What makes CommCare different is its track record. It’s the most widely used digital platform for frontline work, deployed in 130+ countries and used by over one million frontline workers. Independent studies show it improves data quality, frontline performance, and client outcomes across multiple sectors and use cases. With robust integrations, out-of-the-box and custom reporting, and enterprise-grade security, CommCare scales from small pilots to national systems without compromising on usability or impact.

What is SureAdhere?

SureAdhere, Dimagi’s patient support and engagement platform, empowers healthcare providers to deliver high-quality treatment support and quickly follow up with patients who need assistance. Patients use a mobile app to record and upload daily medication adherence videos, while providers access a HIPAA and GDPR-compliant web application to review these videos, document dosing histories, monitor treatment progress and follow up. Leveraging Video Directly Observed Therapy (VDOT), SureAdhere enhances patient engagement and improves treatment outcomes. This evidence-based platform streamlines remote care, ensuring medication adherence and supporting data-driven decision-making for public health and clinical settings, especially for patients with complex medication regimens.

What is Connect?

Connect by Dimagi is building a new model for global development that links funding directly to verified service delivery at the frontline. Our platform connects funders with a network of trusted, locally-led organizations (LLOs) to deliver proven, high-impact services. Frontline Workers (FLWs) use a mobile app to learn skills, deliver services, and verify that their work meets quality standards in order to get paid. For funders, Connect offers a cost-effective way to invest in verified outcomes. For LLOs, it provides access to sustainable funding and tools to support delivering these vital services.

What is Open Chat Studio?

Open Chat Studio is an open-source platform developed by Dimagi, designed for the rapid prototyping, testing, and deployment of chatbots powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). It empowers program staff and non-engineers to create and launch chatbots across web and messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram. Users can share their chatbots via links or directly on these platforms, without requiring end-user accounts. The platform provides tools for viewing and exporting interaction data in CSV format, enabling analysis and refinement. Open Chat Studio simplifies the creation and deployment of conversational AI solutions.
