Melissa has spent nearly 20 years in the ICT industry supporting various teams in Facilities, Development, and Support. She has a BSc degree specialising in project management (PMP, SAFe Agile, SAMTRAC ). Her strengths include serving her teams to enable them to achieve their best results while keeping up with the fast pace and upskilling required in today’s agile world. Melissa is a people person who enjoys learning about her team’s families and their traditions.
