Daniel is a software engineer who tries to apply the Zen of Python to his work as often as possible. Beautiful is better than ugly. Simple is better than complex. Readability counts. He values a deep understanding of the tools he uses to build systems and solve problems that hopefully make the world a better place.
When he’s not doing his day job, Daniel enjoys bicycling, studying theology and philosophy, and spending time with family and friends. He also works on and contributes to several open source projects. He developed an open source text editor, which he uses every day for software development tasks.
Daniel graduated from LeTourneau University with a bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
