About Shahid Khan

Shahid has a strong passion for Customer Success and Business Development. He joined Dimagi as a Support Analyst, working within the SaaS team and loves engaging in conversations with team members, clients and partners. 

Shahid has a Diploma in Information Technology with majors in Information Systems and Programming, along with a certificate in PC Engineering. He previously worked at SupportYourApp. 

At Dimagi, Shahid aims to grow within the company as he sees endless possibilities and opportunities available to ensure personal and professional development. He aims to further contribute his expertise in supporting users of CommCare and ensuring that client’s are supported within the SLA. 

Shahid enjoys quality family time, cycling along the beach or taking a swim. He also enjoys the South African tradition of “braaing” meat for special occasions. His passion lies in the world of bodybuilding where he hopes to compete in the IFBB at some point in his life. Shahid enjoys good food, and has been nicknamed “Food lovers market” by his grandmother.
