Dimagi's Field Investigator Presents Paper at M4D Conference in New Delhi
Dimagi’s Field Investigator Derek Treatman presented paper entitled “Strengthening Community Health Systems with Localized Multimedia” at the M4D2012 (Mobile for Development) Conference held in New Delhi, India from February 28-29, 2012.
This paper explores the benefits and challenges of integrating multimedia (image and audio) into CommCare on client engagement and CHW credibility. Derek’s work in developing the integration of multimedia into CommCare named him one of the top 11 innovators in 2011 by the mHealth Alliance.
M4D2012 aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners and all those with interests in mobile communication for development. M4D2012 will combine two days of workshops, discussions, demos, plenary, paper and panel sessions. The conference activities will take place at a reputed hotel in Delhi.
