Dimagi is hosting a remote, 90-minute technical webinar about case management in CommCare. CommCare is a cloud product used by hundreds of frontline programs around the world to equip their frontline workers with mobile apps. CommCare supports case management, which enables the users of the mobile app to register people or items of interest and track associated data over time.

The following topics will be covered during the webinar:

  • A general overview of case management, including its benefits and when to use it

  • How to set up and use case management in CommCare

  • Examples of mobile applications that use case management

  • A Q&A session about case management from webinar attendees
