Dimagi competes for two of MasterCard’s Connected World Awards
Dimagi is a finalist for MasterCard’s Connected World Awards in not one, but two categories!
Taking place this November in Dubai, the Connected World Forum Awards recognize the work of individuals and organizations that are driving the mobile lifeline market through mobile VAS services, mobile money, and mobile health services.
Dimagi is a finalist in two of the ten Awards categories, including:
• Best Mobile Development of a Pilot Project: In its biggest pilot, CommCare is being deployed in Bihar, India by a consortium of partners including CARE, BBC WST and Grameen Foundation as part of a state-wide initiative. The pilot is being supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
• Best mHealth Partnership: This in recognition is for our work with CORE Group in the CommCare Learning Collaborative. Since April, Dimagi has been helping 12 CORE Group Members and Associates in 14 countries develop mHealth applications for their community health programs. All organizations receive remote support, free phones, and a limited amount of airtime support.
You can help us by voting for Dimagi in Categories 9 and 10 on the voting page (and make sure to send it to family and friends). Thanks for all of your support!
