We believe that once you have found the right problem to solve, building the solution is often easy. We work tirelessly with our partners to do our best in making sure we are solving the right problem. We often reach a conclusion with potential partners that a technology solution is not the right answer because it solves the wrong problem, and we try to never take on projects where we believe this to be the case.

Our solutions are made to deploy and scale in the toughest environments in the world. No power, no network, no roads? No problem. Technology made for the city will not work in the bush, but technology made in the bush will work in the city.

Make it Together

Dimagi believes that collaboration is necessary for success, and utilizes a team-based approached on all of our projects leveraging the knowledge from our internal team as well are our partners. We do this because we are constantly seeking the best ideas and projects, and these are always generated by our partners because they are closest to the problem. We do not believe any of our projects include strictly “clients,” because we learn just as much in the projects as our partners.

We believe that projects cannot be truly owned by our partners unless they are involved and helping to lead the project from the start. Dimagi has executed many projects over the years that range from small pilots to national enterprise-scale roll-outs. We strive to provide the same service-excellence regardless of the size of the partner or the size of the project, and believe that every partner is our most important partner.

While we successfully executed many projects and believe our work contributes to improving healthcare around the world, we do not believe we have all of the answers. We are always open to learning that there is a better way to solve a problem or that we are solving the wrong problem all together.

Dimagi can provide technical, clinical, research, and training experts, and always strive to find the skill within the partner organizations first, before recommending Dimagi staff. Through of Dimagi’s long history and diversity of projects, we are able to identify gaps in expertise early and address those gaps directly.
