Robin works as a Senior Support Analyst in the Cambridge office, helping Dimagi’s users understand CommCare and working with them to fix any bugs and technical issues. She has a strong background of client services, a love of problem solving and a passion for helping others. Working at Dimagi gives her the perfect opportunity to combine all three! She previously worked for the United Way and as an AmeriCorps member. She joins Dimagi from her most recent position at Tufts University, where she worked to develop the Support Services Team. When not at Dimagi, Robin enjoys hiking, skiing, rocking at karaoke and traveling. She also volunteers in her spare time at Camp Sunshine.
Robin received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Framingham State University.
